Navigating Construction

We are currently building a new and improved main entrance to better serve our patients and visitors. Construction is underway and will continue through 2025. While we’re excited about the changes to come, we know it can make arriving at the hospital challenging in the short term.

Please plan ahead and allow extra time for your visit, especially if you have mobility needs. Signage is available throughout the hospital grounds to help guide you.

Accessing the Hospital During Construction

Parking and Hospital Access

• Emergency Department access remains unchanged. Use the main Emergency entrance for urgent care only.
• General patient and visitor access is now through the west entrances on Avenue R, one of which is fully accessible.
• Parking in front of the hospital has been reduced to allow space for emergency vehicles and drop-offs only.
• Visitor parking is now located across the street on the southeast corner of 20^th Street and Avenue R.
